But before all of this, I was an engineer by education, dissatisfied with where my life was heading. I was always fired up by the idea of changing lives, but it felt like I had no idea how to make that happen and make a difference to more people all around the world.

To make me realize that I owed it to myself and the world to do bigger things with my life I began my adventure into Business by exploring 9 different industries. I started many of my own businesses in the past, and also worked as a Growth Consultant, which I enjoyed the most. That’s how I knew I wanted to grow several businesses at once.

Ramya is the Co-Founder, and the 2nd person to have joined Swastik in this crazy adventure. She heads the Operations for SILS and handles the brand image. She’s crazy about organizing and she’s also a Musician and a Performer!
